Well, the rain has wet the property so much that my "outside duties" have been curtailed for a few days, and the missus is busy with the 1st of her family arrivals that I have managed to get my three new Burrowers painted.
They are still orphans and don't have a name yet. But they will be duly adopted by...in the future.
The story begins: One fine warm sunny mid-morning, while strolling through the woods looking for Chizard and its chicks to play with, Bobby and Betty Walker, 1st Squadron's Commander, and Buddy the mutt came upon a startling sight. Yep, that's right, they came face-to-face with three ground-hugging short-haired pug-faced creeping crawlers.

Nice work Jay
ReplyDeleteAnd very funny story ;)
Merry Christmas
Greetings, Capt! Thanks!
DeleteMerry Christmas to you, Sir.
They look cute ... the rest of the story soon ... but bloodless, eh...it's Christmas soon!
ReplyDeleteNice work Jay, looking for more!
Phil.
They are are cute and cuddly until excited and moved to defend themselves.
DeleteThanks!
The modeling-gaming-cornucopia here in my Man Divot is full to overflowing: it should pour for a long time!!
What could happen next? They look far too adorable to be evil, but then again...
ReplyDeleteWell...they are cute, but not necessarily cuddly. It all depends on...
DeleteI'm hungry of the next pages !
ReplyDeleteI don't know why, but I'm sure that "something" will happen....
Cause and effect, Sam. Since something happened [the Burrowers appeared] something will happen!
DeleteOoooh they sound perfectly adorable and just a touch deadly. I like that!
ReplyDeleteI'm off until after the Holidays. Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas!
Hi, Anne: Adorable like my cat, I'd say. But don't give the critter a reason to defend itself.
DeleteEnjoy the season! Thank you, and a Merry Christmas to you and yours!
They are soooooooooooooooooooo cute but in the best traditions of 80s films run away now.
ReplyDeleteHave a very Merry Christmas Jay
