Today I completed the Bot conversion. He got his hands and swivel-joint contoured with putty and brass rod for a "thumb." Plus, a telescoping lense was inserted in the optical housing.
The Aliens are waiting on my paint table with the Bot. Tomorrow should be another rainy day: no yard work! I plan to get these characters painted and the basing completed.

Man, that's coming on great! Nice job.
ReplyDeleteThat is great bodging my friend...
ReplyDeleteLucky': Thanks, Joe! I'am so clumsy I don't know how I pulled it off...but I did...and gained a lot of patience. Super glue is not a friend of my fingers!

Thanks, Paul! I like your definition better than Webster's...yours makes perfect sense! And Bod(ing) is a very good thing!!
ReplyDeleteI've been reading you previous post before this one. It's a very interesting conversion. You've got talent for this (more as me). I'm really looking forward to see this painted!

Hi, Peter: thanks for dropping by for a visit. This old MB"s paint will be old, used, and abused...he's a crusty old veteran of many wild and woolly inter-galactical encounters with aliens.
